BC stands for Back Crossed. My BC Olive eggers have been crossed back with a dark brown laying chicken. The result of back crossing is darker olives with deeper tones and shades of brown. This also means there is a chance of a brown egg layers as well, thanks to egg color genetics. Even the browns from BC olive eggers are absolutely beautiful though, so its a win win no matter what you get! When you order BC olive egger eggs you’ll receive olive eggs of varying shades. The offspring will lay either a deeper olive or dark brown.
F1 means first generation olive egger, these eggs will be blue but will hatch chickens that lay olive eggs.
Purchase limit is 2 dozen eggs total per order. If you purchase more than 2 dozen eggs I will have to split them up to ensure egg freshness. I will contact you for additional shipping costs for more than 2 dozen order.
