Polish Crested!

These chickens have so much character! They are sweet and rock their head puffs with style! Because their head feathers are so large and puffy they cant spot predators easily which makes them a bad breed to free range without supervision. These are standard sized, not bantam, but they are slim and intimidated easily so if you decide to keep them in a mixed flock make sure they do not get bullied. This variety could include colors like buff laced, silver laced, golden laced, splash, black, or blue... however over half of my hens and my rooster are tolbunt, so you’ll have a great chance at getting a few. They lay white or off white eggs. Chance of frizzles!

Purchase limit is 2 dozen eggs total per order. If you purchase more than 2 dozen eggs I will have to split them up to ensure egg freshness. I will contact you for additional shipping costs for more than 2 dozen order. Please don’t order 1 chick, it needs friends to avoid stress. Minimum 4 chicks total.

Chicks are Pickup only and Straight Run! Pickup for chicks and eggs are in Port Republic Maryland. I will contact you before your order is ready so that we can discuss a pickup time and location. If you do not respond or pickup your chicks within 1 week (or agreed pickup date) I will move on to the next order and you can contact me at a later time to add your name back to the list.

WHEN WILL YOUR ORDER BE READY? In the order in which it was received and availability of your purchase. These are pre-order eggs and chick deposits, this means they could be available in days, weeks, or months depending on availability. I will contact you before the estimated availability date. You’ll have a chance to tell me a little about your ideal times at checkout. Availability is usually between March and November. PLEASE reply if I reach out to you by email and/or phone, communication makes the world go round! You will have 72 hours to respond before I move on to the next order.
